Due to the astronomical support for GSC LC in this topic on the discord server in my DMs and in my emails (there's already 3 signups somehow even tho it doesn't exist yet), as well as support for more Celebii/Ho-oh action, the first expansion tiers (if they get included) will be:

+1 Substitute Slot (25 total players, 18 Starting Slots)

So if you wanted to sign up for LC feel free to do so. However there are not yet enough signups to expand the tiers - so this may not happen anyways. We need 65 Signups total to unlock this Expansion.
