[SET COMMENTS]
Deoxys-S makes for a great entry hazard lead thanks to its access to both Stealth Rock and Spikes. Low Kick threatens Dark- and Steel-types such as Chien-Pao, Kingambit, and Hisuian Goodra. Knock Off can be used to remove Heavy-Duty Boots from holders like Volcarona, Articuno, and Corviknight so its entry hazards can affect them, as well as weaken the wallbreaking power of Choice item users like Choice Specs from Flutter Mane and Choice Band from Dragonite. Alternatively, Taunt can be used to further Deoxys-S's role as a lead, shutting down opposing entry hazard support and also preventing Defog attempts that remove its hazards. Ice Beam targets Ground-, Flying-, and Dragon-types such as Gliscor, Landorus, and Dragonite. Alternatively, Psycho Boost can transform Deoxys-S into a sacrificial lead, taking out strong leads like Froslass and Galvantula with it before sacrificing itself. Rocky Helmet punishes physical attackers like Hoopa-U and the Ogerpon formes, notably breaking Ogerpon-C's Sturdy when triggered, while Focus Sash guarantees that Deoxys-S places at least one entry hazard. 16 EVs in Attack guarantee an OHKO on Chien-Pao with Low Kick, while 236 Speed EVs allow it to outspeed +1 Garchomp and Choice Scarf Landorus.

Iron Crown and Metagross make for great partners, as they both threaten Hatterene which can swap in on Deoxys-S placing entry hazards. Additionally, Iron Crown threatens Flying-types such as Gyarados, Corviknight, and Skarmory with Volt Switch, while Metagross revenge kills weakened sweepers such as Dragapult and Flutter Mane with Bullet Punch. Slowbro is a great defensive partner, as it can potentially bring Deoxys-S in safely with Eject Button, and thanks to the latter's consumability, it can wall Ceruledge once it's been used. Wallbreakers such as Hoopa-U and Latios appreciate the entry hazards Deoxys-S provides, wearing down walls for them to exploit. They also have colorful coverage to threaten a multitude of threats, with Hoopa-U threatening Flutter Mane, Gholdengo, and Hisuian Goodra, while Latios targets Archaludon, Corviknight, and Primarina. Hatterene makes for another great partner, threatening Dark- and Dragon-types. Late-game sweepers such as Espathra, Choice Scarf Iron Boulder, and Agility Iron Crown appreciate the entry hazards Deoxys-S provides so they can pick off foes easier. Deoxys-S appreciates Psychic Terrain support from Indeedee boosting Psycho Boost when it's being run, and it provides a Ghost immunity to match up well against the likes of Spectrier and Hisuian Zoroark.

Deoxys-S can run Thunder Wave, taking advantage of its almost unmatched Speed tier by paralyzing pesky threats and potential setup sweepers like the Ogerpon formes, Chien-Pao, Choice Specs Flutter Mane, and Dragonite. However, Deoxys-S wouldn't want to sacrifice either of its entry hazards or its attacking moves.

[SET COMMENTS]
With its great Speed, Deoxys-S makes for great dual screens support, greatly aiding in the survivability of its teammates. Ice Beam can be run over Psycho Boost to threaten Ground- and Flying-types such as Gliscor, Landorus, and Dragonite. Spikes can be run over Stealth Rock when a teammate is already running it, and its ability to be stacked thrice allows it to be better against grounded foes in the long run. However, Stealth Rock should be prioritized when none of Deoxys-S's teammates is running it since it can wear down threats that don't run Heavy-Duty Boots such as Choice Band Chien-Pao, Landorus, and Corviknight.

Metagross makes for a great partner, as its access to Stealth Rock allows Deoxys-S to forego Stealth Rock to run Spikes instead, and it revenge kills weakened sweepers such as Dragon Dance Dragapult and Choice Scarf Flutter Mane with Bullet Punch. Hoopa-U is a teammate that appreciates dual screens, as it boosts its subpar Defense and further boosts its great Special Defense. Notably, Hoopa-U survives a Sucker Punch from Swords Dance-boosted Kingambit and any of Choice Band Chien-Pao's attacks and OHKOing them back with Drain Punch. Hatterene is a great form of hazard control thanks to its access to Magic Bounce, and its part-Fairy typing makes it a great asset in the Dragon matchup and more threatening in the Dark and Fighting matchups under dual screens. Iron Crown and Latios threaten common Defog users that threaten to remove Deoxys-S's screens such as Mandibuzz and Corviknight thanks to their access to Volt Switch and Thunderbolt respectively. Additionally, they also remove Sableye which can hinder dual screens setup. Late-game sweepers such as Choice Scarf Iron Boulder, Espathra, and Agility Gallade appreciate being behind screens, which make them harder to revenge kill. Indeedee provides Psychic Terrain support to further boost Deoxys-S's Psycho Boost.

Knock Off can be used to remove Heavy-Duty Boots from holders like Volcarona, Cinderace, and Talonflame (too much fire types, maybe mention pokemon like Articuno, Corv, and [a last ditch effort to weaken threats like specs mane so that it doesnt hit as hard anymore?]) so its entry hazards can affect them. With its great Speed, Deoxys-S makes for great dual screens support, greatly aiding in the survivability of its teammates. Ice Beam can be run over Psycho Boost to threaten Ground- and Flying-types such as Ursaluna-B, (too many examples) Gliscor, Landorus, and Dragonite. Spikes can be run over Stealth Rock when a teammate is already running it, and its ability to be stacked thrice allows it to be better against grounded foes in the long run. Jirachi and Metagross make for great partners, as their access to Stealth Rock allows Deoxys-S to forego Stealth Rock to run Spikes instead. Additionally, Jirachi can potentially spread paralysis thanks to Body Slam in conjunction with Serene Grace, while Metagross revenge kills weakened sweepers such as Dragon Dance Dragapult and Choice Scarf Flutter Mane (Jirachi feels weird on a screens team, maybe focus on Metagross instead?).
