[SET COMMENTS]
Staraptor is an integral part of Normal teams' defensive cores thanks to its Fighting neutrality, as well as its ability to remove hazards with Defog. Brave Bird is Staraptor's main damaging move and threatens opposing Fighting-type Pokemon such as Great Tusk and Sneasler and also threatens other offensive Pokemon like [placeholder]. U-turn allows Staraptor to keep momentum on Pokemon it can force out such as the aforementioned Sneasler and lets Staraptor get in its teammates like Mega Lopunny safely. Close Combat is an alternative move that lets Staraptor threaten opposing Steel-types like Heatran and Iron Treads, who are consistent switchins to Brave Bird. Defog is essential on Staraptor to remove inconvenient hazards like Toxic Spikes, which Normal teams struggle with and also Spikes from Pokemon such as Ting-Lu and Roost allows Staraptor to improve its longevity throughout the game and lets it continue to switch into physical threats in the tier like Meowscarada. Maximum HP investment with 236 Defense EVs maximize Staraptor's physical bulk with the remaining 20 EVs going into Speed in order to outspeed maximum Speed Adamant Nature Breloom in order to OHKO it with Brave Bird before it uses Spore. Intimidate is Staraptor's ability of choice that improves its physical hit taking ability. Blissey is a good teammate of Staraptor that forms the defensive core of Normal teams. Blissey is able to handle the tier's strong special wallbreakers like Greninja and Landorus and Blissey appreciates Staraptor's ability to offensively and defensive check Fighting-types like Buzzwole and Mega Gallade as well as other strong physical attackers like Garchomp. Blissey also forms a pivoting core with Staraptor, using U-turn + Teleport to bring in wallbreakers like Ursaluna and Mega Lopunny freely. Mega Lopunny also appreciates Staraptor's Fighting neutrality and its slow U-turn to get it in safely. Mega Lopunny can threaten opposing Dark-types like Weavile and Mega Sableye, which can take advantage of Staraptor. Porygon2 also pairs well with Staraptor since it possesses greater physical bulk and better handles set up sweepers like Mega Scizor and Dragonite.

I’m pretty sure Staraptor threatens Blaziken too TTK . You could also put Quaquaval or Slither Wing there too.
Hi,
Blaziken has been banned for sometime in NDM, and Quaquaval / Slither Wing are also rarities in this tier due to the prevalence of Urshifu/Keld or ...nothing at all, in case of Slither as there's way more better fighting-types there.

This also isnt really the place for suggesting stuff as it clutters the QC process, you can talk about it in discord if you want to tho. Thankie for your understanding :blobnom:

-> gren/latios could serve as examples in the [placeholder]
-> evs could prob just be standard 248 hp / 252 defense, or do like 248 hp / 200 def / 56 speed since that outpaces adamant bulu (which is more relevant than loom atm)
-> another mention of phys attacker alongside meowscarada could be nice
-> chansey should likely be mentioned w/ bliss as both are just as good. id just add chansey in the blissey sentences
-> i think mega pid is a good mention as it beats the fighting types raptor cant offensively

qc 2/2 :staravia:'s dad
u could apply this AND the neko one
