THIS IS POKEABILITIES, I don't know if this bug is in other metas
Turn 19, I hit the Pelipper with Stone Axe but no Rocks are generated, and in the next turn when Basculegion-F comes in, she only takes damage from the line of spikes

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, load a match with Kleavor and hit the move
