Lokix stands out as an offensive pivot thanks to Tinted Lens allowing it to pressure standard U-turn switch-ins such as Buzzwole and Tapu Fini far more consistently than other pivots. Its powerful offensive typing also lets it harass threats such as Ting-Lu, Mega Tyranitar, and Slowbro. It also sports good priority moves such as First Impression and Sucker Punch which allow it to revenge kill threats such as Greninja, Mega Latias, Iron Boulder, and Alakazam. Knock Off is another vital move that allows it to force progress against Buzzwole, Clefable, and Celesteela, while also being able to punish more offensive checks such as Iron Moth and Galarian Zapdos for switching in. Leech Life can be an alternative to Sucker Punch in order to retain Lokix's longevity against bulkier teams. Heavy-Duty Boots is Lokix's main item of choice to prevent it from being worn down from entry-hazards. Lokix typically runs an Adamant nature to maximize its power but a Jolly nature can be run to pivot against Excadrill easier, however it doesn't have many uses aside from that. Despite having Tinted Lens and a solid offensive typing, many Steel- and Fairy-types like Skarmory and Clefable can still easily halt Lokix's progress and other common double resists like Iron Moth and Galarian Zapdos can still be a chore for it to face. To rectify this, partnering with threats such as Iron Boulder or Iron Moth is necessary to properly deal with with those respective threats. All of them greatly appreciate Lokix's ability to pivot and safely get them onto the field in return. Partners such as Victini and Mega Venusaur are also very important partners to enable Lokix to pressure Buzzwole and Clefable easier. Magnezone in particular is a great partner in order to easily dispatch Skarmory, Celesteela, and Scizor for Lokix, while Lokix can pressure Ting-Lu for it. Entry hazard setters such as Skarmory and Clefable are also good partners to enable Lokix to break threats such as Mega Venusaur and Mega Altaria.

Its powerful offensive typing also lets it harass Something like "wear down" or "break past" would probably work better here threats such as Ting-Lu, Mega Tyranitar, and Slowbro. It also sports good priority moves such as First Impression and Sucker Punch which allow it to revenge kill threats such as Greninja, Mega Latias, Iron Boulder, and Alakazam. Knock Off is another vital move that allows it to force progress against Buzzwole, Clefable, and Celesteela by removing their Leftovers, while also being able to punish more offensive checks such as Iron Moth and Galarian Zapdos for switching in. Leech Life can be an alternative to Sucker Punch in order to retain Lokix's longevity against bulkier teams. Heavy-Duty Boots is Lokix's main item of choice to prevent it from being worn down from entry-hazards. Mention that this is especially important due to its nature as a pivot Lokix typically runs an Adamant nature to maximize its power but a Jolly nature can be run to pivot against Excadrill easier, however it doesn't have many uses aside from that. Despite having Tinted Lens and a solid offensive typing, many Steel- and Fairy-types like Skarmory and Clefable can still easily halt Lokix's progress and other common double resists like Iron Moth and Galarian Zapdos can still be a chore for it to face. Explain why they're a chore: they can switch in if they predict Lokix is using a move they double resist To rectify this, partnering with threats such as Iron Boulder or and Iron Moth is necessary to properly deal with with those respective threats. Mention somewhere that physically bulky Pokemon are Lokix's most consistent answers, letting you lump Pokemon like Skarmory and Mega Venusaur together, then you can list seperate answers to them. Mention special attackers as Pokemon that can break through many of these physically bulky foes. Also list Pokemon that double-resist moves like Iron Moth and Galarian Zapdos seperately, they don't have the easiest time switching into Lokix and only check it really.
