[SET COMMENTS]
With a Choice Band, excellent STAB moves, good defensive typing, and its amazing ability in Technician, Scizor proves to be a threatening pivot, wallbreaker, and revenge killer in the UU metagame. Bullet Punch is Scizor’s most important move, acting as an incredibly powerful priority move capable of picking off faster attackers like Ogerpon-C and Mienshao after Spikes chip, as well as 2HKOing Latios and Lokix. U-turn allows Scizor to switch out of unfavorable matchups such as Zapdos and Toxapex, so that it can get a more reliable teammate in to handle them. Close Combat is an excellent coverage move for Scizor, allowing it to break offensive Steel-type Pokemon such as Excadrill, Cobalion, and Magnezone. Lastly, Knock Off is used to cripple and weaken Pokemon reliant on their items, such as Zapdos, Skeledirge, and Hippowdon, who would all be easier to target afterwards. Tera Steel helps Scizor maximize the power of Bullet Punch, allowing it to hit even harder. Tera Electric prevents Scizor from getting paralyzed from Zapdos’ Static ability after it attacks Zapdos.

Scizor fits best on bulky offense teams as well as VoltTurn to make the best of its offensive capabilities. Offensive teammates like Ogerpon-C, Latios and Zapdos are very appreciated, as the can take on threats such as Toxapex, Keldeo, and Kommo-o for Scizor, as well as being able to dismantle the opposing team for it to begin sweeping. Defensive Pivots such as Tornadus-T and Slowking work amazingly with Scizor, helping take on offensive threats it dislikes such as Greninja, Latios and Iron Crown while keeping up momentum. Rotom-W is a great teammate for Scizor, as it forms a VoltTurn core with it handling one another's checks, with Scizor taking on the likes of Hydrapple and Ogerpon for Rotom-W, while Rotom-W also removes Fire-type Pokemon that can threaten Scizor such as Skeledirge and Hisuian Arcanine.Hazard setters like Kommo-o, Sandy Shocks, and Cobalion help Scizor to get more value out of using Bullet Punch with the help of chip damage, while Tyranitar can set up both Stealth Rock and sand, which chip away at opposing Pokemon even quicker. Excadrill is a very important teammate for Scizor to have, as it can lure in Zapdos and remove it with a +2 Rock Slide and can take pressure off of Scizor needing to pivot into Latios, granting it more time to stay on the field.

With the Choice Band, excellent STAB moves, good defensive typing, and its amazing ability in Technician, Scizor proves to be both a threatening pivot, wallbreaker, and revenge killer. and a dangerous cleaner that can fit into numerous teams in the UU metagame.

Bullet Punch and U-turn are Scizor’s most important moves, helping it maintain momentum on its teams, breaking through setup Pokemon such as Tyranitar and Hydreigon, and handle faster attackers like Kilowattrel, Noivern, and Haxorus with Bullet Punch, while also allowing it to switch out of unfavorable matchups such as Slowking with U-turn. This point should be broken up so it reads better IMO. Also, Slowking is not an unfavorable matchup for Scizor. It does not want to risk hard pivoting into it and taking a U-turn or Knock Off. Close Combat is an excellent move for Scizor, leveraging its slow Speed and ensuring it almost always uses Close Combat last, minimizing the risk of being revenge killed before it can switch out. While true it doesn't need to be stated, just focus on how it helps Scizor break Steel-types. Moreover, the move is crucial for hitting Magnezone and Wo-Chien. Wo-Chien drops to U-turn, so you are not running CC to touch it. Lastly, Knock Off is used to cripple and weaken Pokemon reliant on their items, such as Slowbro, Blissey, and Hippowdon, who all rely on either Heavy-Duty Boots or Leftovers for prolonging their HP. Blissey is OU... Tera Steel helps Scizor maximize the power of Bullet Punch, allowing it to hit even harder, as mentioned previously. Add a point about Tera Elec, mostly for dealing with Zapdos and not being punished by Static.

As previously mentioned, Scizor fits best on numerous teams. Examples of team playstyles it fits on should be mentioned. It mostly fits on bulky offense and VoltTurn. That being said, the set provided can quickly change the pace of the game, allowing Scizor to clean and sweep teams with little effort. Rotom-W is a great teammate for Scizor, as it can form a VoltTurn core with it to ensure that they can safely switch in on Pokemon that would threaten each other such as and effectively take care of them. Rotom-W also helps remove Fire-type Pokemon that can threaten Scizor, such as Armarogue and opposing Talonflame. Meanwhile, Talonflame is another great teammate for Scizor to have, as it can clear hazards off the field with Defog while enduring Special hits, that aren’t Water-type, Scizor would rather avoid. Not a relevant Pokemon. Tyranitar is a good defensive teammate that can set up Stealth Rock and sandstorm, both of which chip away at opposing Pokemon, making it much easier for Scizor to clean effectively. They can also switch out into each other to handle their numerous checks. Again examples, this is too vague Excadrill is a very important teammate for Scizor to have, as it can do numerous things thanks to its three great abilities and access to both Swords Dance and Rapid Spin, making it a force to be reckoned with. This tells me nothing about why Drill can work with Scizor. You should be focusing about it removing hazards and luring in Zapdos and removing it with a boosted Rock Slide. You can mention how it can take pressure of Scizor needing to pivot into Latios. Salamence and Noivern are both good choices to help Scizor deal with its Fire issue thanks to their part Dragon typing enabling them to resist such attacks, while also removing hazards on the field for Scizor and getting rid of threats for it. Same reason as Talonflame

A lot of your examples are not meta-relevant, I have highlighted them all in blue. Take a look at the VR as a means to help gauge the state of the tier. You'll find that 80% of the examples you use are Pokemon residing in C, low B, or UR. Pokemon that aren't ranked should not be mentioned. I expect you to change them to more relevant examples. Let me know when this has been implemented so I can give this another look.

U-turn allows Scizor to switch out of unfavorable matchups such as Zapdos and Toxapex Wo-Chien, before it can get an appropriate check in. Again Wo-Chien is not unfavourable. Wo-Chien is the mon getting forced out not Sciz. Close Combat is an excellent move for Scizor, allowing it to break offensive Steel-type Pokemon such as Excadrill, Cobalion, and Magnezone. Lastly, Knock Off is used to cripple and weaken Pokemon reliant on their items, such as Hydrapple, Zapdos, Skeledirge Latios, and Hippowdon, who would all be easier to target afterwards. Latios just drops so it doesn't make too much sense here + loses to STABs anyway. Hydrapple is also awkward because U-turn is too threatening to it. Tera Steel helps Scizor maximize the power of Bullet Punch, allowing it to hit even harder, as mentioned previously. Tera Electric prevents Scizor from getting paralyzed from Zapdos’ Static ability after it attacks Zapdos.

They can also switch out into each other to handle their numerous checks, prime examples being Tornadus-Therian, Hisuian Arcanine, and Raikou. Ttar is not a Harcanine pivot. Also when making points about partners switching into checks for one another. You should word it in a manner that indicates which mon is handling what. E.g. Scizor answers X and Y for Tyranitar, and in exchange, Tyranitar handles A and B... Excadrill is a very important teammate for Scizor to have, as it can lure in Zapdos and remove it with a +1 Rock Slide and can take pressure off of Scizor needing to pivot into Latios, granting it more time to stay on the field. Mandibuzz is a great defogger for Scizor to be teamed with, as it has a very nice defensive typing, as well as the ability to ignore the Sandstorm chip from sand setters, making it much more easier for Mandibuzz to come in and clean up, or mess with setup Pokemon such as the aforementioned Hydrapple, and Kommo-o with Taunt. Mandibuzz is not a cleaner. Its job is simply as a defensive pivot that removes hazards. I don't think Mandi offers much for Scizor outside of removal. Just mention how drill can spin hazards away in the prior point.

Mention some partners that either beat or switch into Toxapex, Keldeo, and Greninja. Scizor can never break Pex and it gives the other two turns to wallbreak if locking into a move that isn't U-turn.

U-turn allows Scizor to switch out of unfavorable matchups such as Zapdos and Toxapex, before it can get an appropriate check in. this to me sounds a little strange, i'd say something along the lines of "helping a more capable teammate take the field to handle them".

Rotom-W also helps remove Fire-type Pokemon that can threaten Scizor, prime examples such as being Skeledirge and Hisuian Arcanine. Tyranitar is a particularly good defensive teammate that can set up Stealth Rock and sandstorm, both of which chip away at opposing Pokemon, making it much easier for Scizor to clean effectively. They can also switch out into each other to handle their numerous checks, prime examples being Tornadus-Therian and Raikou. Tyranitar here specifically is strange. I understand the point your making, but this can go for a number of other Stealth Rock setters that function well with Scizor's ability to use Knock Off on the Pokemon you mentioned before like Zapdos and Skeledirge, as well as helping it break apart checks and potentially sweep in the endgame. You can leave this sentence about TTar since i agree with it, but i would put in front of something along the lines of "Hazard setters like Kommo-o, Sandy Shocks, and Cobalion help Scizor..." Excadrill is a very important teammate for Scizor to have, as it can lure in Zapdos and remove it with a +1 +2 Nothing in the tier intimidates Drill so it always gets in a full SD boosted Rock Slide and can take pressure off of Scizor needing to pivot into Latios, granting it more time to stay on the field. Magnezone and Amoongus are both phenomenal teammates for Scizor to be teamed with, as they can both get of Toxapex, Keldeo, and Greninja with their STAB moves, and have the ability to quickly turn the tables on the opposing team, so that Scizor can take over. I'm not quite sure what your point is here? Water-type Pokemon aren't exactly a major roadblock for scizor, and both of the Pokemon you listed dont really help Scizor in any kind of specific way. If you wanted to talk about something like this i'd move it to the top of the paragraph and say something along the lines of "Offensive partners like Ogerpon-C, Latios and Zapdos are much appreciated, taking on x, y and z for Scizor and being able to break apart the opposing team for it to sweep."
