[SET COMMENTS]
* Choice Band Rayquaza is a terror capable of 2HKOing the entire tier. Coupled with its base 95 Speed, which outpaces most of the defensive metagame, and U-turn for momentum, it is a valued wallbreaker on many balance and bulky offense teams. Even in less favorable matchups, such as against hyper offense, Rayquaza can still frequently trade with Pokemon such as Primal Groudon.

* Rayquaza's power lies in Dragon Ascent, which can 2HKO most pokemon. Even Dondozo, an excellent physical wall, is 2HKOed after Stealth Rock damage. Defensive Necrozma-DM, the only somewhat common switch-in to Dragon Ascent, is OHKOed by V-create after Stealth Rock damage. Earthquake is an alternative to V-create that still 2HKOes defensive Necrozma-DM while avoiding the Speed drop. U-turn provides a very scarce source of momentum while taking advantage of the many Pokemon Rayquaza scares out such as Primal Kyogre and Ho-Oh. Extreme Speed allows Rayquaza to revenge kill some boosted Pokemon such as Arceus-Ground and Ultra Necrozma after some chip damage, though it should be used cautiously because it leaves Rayquaza extremely vulnerable to being used as setup fodder.

* 24 HP and 12 Defense EVs enable Rayquaza to survive Mega Salamence's Double Edge and switch in with Stealth Rock present 4 times. This conveniently costs Rayquaza little, as it still is able to outpace most of the defensive metagame such as Primal Groudon without reducing its offensive firepower.

* Tera Flying boosts Dragon Ascent to an absurd level of power that mandates checking Rayquaza offensively, as defensive Necrozma-DM is the only common switch-in. This forces aggressive play to limit Rayquaza, as Tera Flying Dragon Ascent OHKOes some Pokemon that would otherwise trade with Rayquaza such as offensive and defensive Primal Kyogre. Tera Flying also provides some practical defensive benefits due to it removing weaknesses while maintaining Rayquaza's immunity to Sticky Web, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes. For example, after Terastallization, Rayquaza survives offensive Calm Mind Arceus-Ground's +1 Ice Beam and Meteor Beam Eternatus's +1 Dynamax Cannon. Both of these Pokemon offensively can deal heavy damage to Rayquaza, but in turn are OHKOed by Rayquaza due to the power boost from Tera Flying.

* Rayquaza is best used early- and mid-game to break the defensive backbone of balance and stall teams. Rayquaza is a solid lead due to its positive matchups against common balance leads such as defensive Primal Groudon and Arceus-Dark, as the chip damage from U-turn renders them unable to switch into Rayquaza later in the game as it brings in a teammate that can scare them out. Defensive Pokemon such as Ho-Oh, Primal Groudon, and utility Arceus formes cannot tank a Dragon Ascent while remaining healthy enough to check Rayquaza's teammates. This results in a win-win situation where Rayquaza can either continue pivoting or wallbreak mid-game.

* Rayquaza's efficacy as a wallbreaker truly shines against stall teams, as the sole Flying-resistant foe on them is the rare Mega Tyranitar, meaning Rayquaza only has to worry about managing Dragon Ascent PP because it 2HKOes Dondozo and Arceus-Dark, which are the answers to physically offensive threats for most stall teams. However, Rayquaza struggles against more offensive teams, as its middling Speed tier makes it easily revenge killed or set up on by Pokemon such as Zacian-C and Ultra Necrozma. This often limits Rayquaza to trading KOs against offensive teams, though it can be used as a revenge killer if needed.

* Primal Groudon is an excellent teammate for Rayquaza due to checking common switch-ins such as Zacian-C and Necrozma-DM, and it can be brought in safely against these threats via U-turn. Marshadow is also a good teammate because it revenge kills hyper offense such as Ultra Necrozma and Zacian-C, alleviating the need for Rayquaza to revenge kill boosted threats so it can focus on wallbreaking or trading.

* Rayquaza also appreciates Defog support from Giratina-O or Ho-Oh due to its Stealth Rock weakness. Though Rayquaza does not enjoy the presence of Stealth Rock, it is not immediately hamstrung by it and can still effectively wallbreak against balance and bulky offense teams. Since Rayquaza outspeeds all of its targets except Timid utility Arceus formes, removing them to enable teammates is often worth the cost of some HP in situations where Stealth Rock cannot be removed immediately. However, Stealth Rock heavily hinders Rayquaza's potency as a pivot in longer games against bulkier balance and stall teamms, so removal should be prioritized in these matchups.

* Choice Band Rayquaza is a terror capable of 2HKOeing the entire tier. Coupled with base 95 speed which outpaces most of the defensive metagame and U-Turn for momentum, Rayquaza is a valued wallbreaker on many balance and bulky offence teams.
* Rayquaza's power lies in Dragon Ascent, which is capable of 2HKOeing nearly the entire tire tier. Even Dondozo, an excellent physical wall, is 2HKOed after Stealth Rock. Defensive Necozma-DM, the only somewhat common switch-in, is OHKOed by V-Create after Stealth Rock. The following should be a separate bullet point, and should be reworded a bit to compare it with V-Create as that move is competing for a move slot with it, thus the U-Turn one should also be moved as its own bullet point. Earthquake is an alternative that still 2HKOes defensive Necrozma-DM while avoiding the side effects of V-Create. U-turn provides a very scarce source of momentum while taking advantage of the many Pokemon Rayquaza scares out such as Primal Kyogre and Ho-Oh. The following should be a separate bullet point Extreme Speed allows Rayquaza to revenge some boosted Pokemon such as physical Arceus Ground and Ultra Necrozma, though it should be used cautiously as it leaves Rayquaza extremely exploitable.

* Tera Flying ensures that Rayquaza must be checked offensively as defensive Necrozma-DM is the only common switchin. Calm Mind Arceus formes and defensive Primal Kyogre are OHKOed after Stealth Rock. Tera flying also helps Rayquaza defensively as it is no longer OHKOed by Ice Beam from pokemon such as Primal Kyogre and utility Arceus formes.
* Rayquaza is best used early- and mid-game to break the defensive backbone of balance and stall teams. Due to positive matchups against common balance leads such as defensive Primal Groudon and support Arceus formes. The threat of tanking Dragon Ascen leaves Pokemon such as Ho-Oh, Primal Groudon, and utility Arceus formes unable to fulfil their typical defensive roles and enables Rayquaza to provide momentum with U-Turn. In the mid-game Rayquaza should use its entry points to wallbreak or continue pivoting. The following should be merged with the next bullet point Rayquaza's efficacy as a wallbreaker truly shines against stall teams as the sole rock resist is the rare Mega Tyranitar leaving Rayquaza to only worry about managing Dragon Ascent PP.
* This is at is apparent in games against stall where Rayquaza's biggest challenge is managing Dragon Ascent PP as it 2HKOes Dondozo and Arceus-Dark, the answer to phyiscally offensive threats for most stall teams.
* Rayquaza struggles against more offensive teams as its middling speed tier makes Rayquaza easily revenge killed or set up on by Pokemon such as Zacian-C and Ultra Necrozma. This often limits Rayquaza to trading against offensive teams though it can be used as a revvenge killer if needed. Extremespeed should be used cautiously as it leaves Rayquaza very vulnerable to setup.
* Primal Groudon is an excellent teammate for Rayquaza due to checking which may switch into Rayquaza such as Zacian-C and Necrozma-DM and can be brought in via U-Turn. Marshadow is also a good teammate due to revenging hyper offence staples such as Ultra Necrozma and Zacian-C. Rayquaza also appreciates defog support from Giratina-O or Ho-Oh due to its Stealth Rock weakness. It's overall pretty good, but there's certain parts that could be a bit clearer.

Warning you, there's some text dumps in here, so feel free to message me to clarify anything I wrote. A lot of it is aimed at making sure I understand your thought process on certain aspects or that you considered certain factors.

Given the open-ended comments, I'd like to see this again before it's marked as 2/2.

* Choice Band Rayquaza is a terror capable of 2HKOeing the entire tier. Coupled with base 95 speed which outpaces most of the defensive metagame and U-Turn for momentum, Rayquaza is a valued wallbreaker on many balance and bulky offence teams. perhaps mention that it's very good at trading even in "bad" matchups?
* Rayquaza's power lies in Dragon Ascent, which is capable of 2HKOeing nearly the entire tier. Even Dondozo, an excellent physical wall, is 2HKOed after Stealth Rock.
*Defensive Necozma-DM, the only somewhat common switch-in to Dragon Ascent, is OHKOed by V-Create after Stealth Rock. Alternatively, Earthquake still 2HKOes defensive Necrozma-DM while avoiding the drawbacks of V-Create and provides strong neutral coverage that deters Pokemon such as Primal Kyogre from switching in explicitly mention avoiding the speed drop, since that tends to cause rayquaza to be immediately forced out after use in most cases. Primal Kyogre already can't switch into v-create; it's just the speed drop that causes rayquaza to be unable to finish the job.
* U-turn provides a very scarce source of momentum while taking advantage of the many Pokemon Rayquaza scares out such as Primal Kyogre and Ho-Oh.
* Extreme Speed allows Rayquaza to revenge some boosted Pokemon such as physical Arceus Ground and Ultra Necrozma be sure to mention that these pokemon need to be weakened first, though it should be used cautiously as it leaves Rayquaza extremely exploitable mention why.
* 32 HP and 8 Defence EVs enable Rayquaza to survive Mega Salmence's Double Edge mention switching into Stealth Rock 4 times; conveniently costing Rayquaza little as it still is able to outpace most of the defensive metagame such as Primal Groudon without reduing offensive firepower. Wonder if it's worth mentioning that it takes +1 neutral judgment from offensive CM Arceus from full, and maybe also also Ice Beam with Tera Flying+1 252 SpA Arceus-Ground Ice Beam vs. 32 HP / 0 SpD Tera Flying Rayquaza: 304-358 (84.6 - 99.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO This can let it consistently trade vs offensive cm Arceus-Fairy, for example, with Tera Flying. Seems to me to be pretty handy.
* Tera Flying ensures that Rayquaza must be checked offensively as defensive Necrozma-DM is the only common switchin. (1) say straight up that it boosts Dragon Ascent to absurd levels of power to avoid being vague. You may want to switch around the first and second sentence. (2) It may be worth noting that Rayquaza generally outspeeds dedicated defensive walls here and OHKOes almost every faster threat outside of Zacian-C on the switch with Tera Flying Dragon Ascent, notably including Eternatus and the offensive Arceus formes. The second sentence can be tied into this by mentioning that the threat of Tera Flying can force the opponent into playing more aggressively to try to prevent Rayquaza from getting into a matchup vs these mons (and chipped stuff generally) and getting an effectively free KO. You can also throw some/most of this into the next bullet point if you want, given some of this isn't unique to tera flying, but this info should be included somewhere. It's not quite the same as what's already mentioned later, since non-Tera Flying isn't threatening to OHKO literally everything Offensive note that CM arceus formes can also be defensive and may even still outspeed if they opt to creep yveltal, so they can take tera flying dragon ascent and then finish rayquaza off Calm Mind Arceus formes and defensive Primal Kyogre are OHKOed after Stealth Rock. what's the connection here? Are these potential switch-ins, are you forcing them out, or are you getting a surprise KO? Tera flying also helps Rayquaza defensively as it is no longer OHKOed by Ice Beam from pokemon such as Primal Kyogre 0 SpA Kyogre-Primal Ice Beam vs. -1 32 HP / 0 SpD Tera Flying Rayquaza: 354-418 (98.6 - 116.4%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO You attack first, and you did say that you OHKO with Tera Flying Dragon Ascent, so what's the use of this? Just switching in after Tera Flying is used? and utility Arceus formes. (1) mention retaining spikes/sticky web/toxic spikes/ground immunities; this is definitely handy, and a strong benefit of using it over something like Tera Fire or Tera Normal. (2) may want to mention Judgment from offensive cm Arceus-Fairy, which allows Rayquaza to trade vs it even if it's at +1. Less important but could also be mentioned would be Dynamax Cannon from offensive Eternatus +1 252 SpA Eternatus Dynamax Cannon vs. 32 HP / 0 SpD Tera Flying Rayquaza: 289-342 (80.5 - 95.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO, which allows Rayquaza to trade vs a confirmed offensive eternatus.
* Rayquaza is best used early- and mid-game to break the defensive backbone of balance and stall teams. Due to positive matchups against common balance leads such as defensive Primal Groudon and support Arceus formes How so? Defensive pdon could be running stone edge or rock tomb, and support Arcs could outspeed and ice beam/foul play/judgment it into oblivion if you're not willing to immediately tera flying (in which case they still win if they outspeed). What makes the matchup positive? (maybe tie into the next sentence). The threat of tanking Dragon Ascen leaves can leave Pokemon such as Ho-Oh, Primal Groudon, and utility Arceus formes unable to fulfil their typical defensive roles and enables Rayquaza to provide momentum with U-Turn something's implied here. As I see it, you're saying this keeps them from coming in, and makes the foe more likely to directly attempt to attack rayquaza, thus making for easy pivots into offensive resists. If this is the case, say that outright, otherwise clarify the intention behind what you said . In the mid-game Rayquaza should use its entry points to wallbreak or continue pivoting. Rayquaza's efficacy as a wallbreaker truly shines against stall teams as the sole rock resist is the rare Mega Tyranitar what about Tera Steel mons? they're not the top picks, but they're relatively common on stall Giratina and Eternatus, no? leaving Rayquaza to only worry about managing Dragon Ascent PP as it a2HKOes were you going to say something here, or is the 'a' just a typo? Dondozo and Arceus-Dark, the answer to phyiscally offensive threats for most stall teams.
Extremespeed should be used cautiously as locking into it leaves Rayquaza very vulnerable to setup afterward.
* Primal Groudon is an excellent teammate for Rayquaza due to checking which may switch into Rayquaza such as Zacian-C and Necrozma-DM and can be brought in safely against these threats via U-Turn. Marshadow is also a good teammate due to revenging hyper offence staples such as Ultra Necrozma and Zacian-C may want to mention this lowers the need for Rayquaza to be forced to used Extreme Speed to revenge kill these; Zacian-C is valid too since it often ends up Teraing out of Steel. Rayquaza also appreciates defog support from Giratina-O or Ho-Oh due to its Stealth Rock weakness. Though Rayquaza does not enjoy the presence of Stealth Rock it can still function well against many teams so they do not need to immediately removed. (1) you should mention an advantage of keeping Rayquaza at full HP; i.e. that it lets it come in more than 4 times, or perhaps that most hits it actually takes require it to be at full HP, so keeping it healthy makes it better at trading vs offensive teams that are more likely to outspeed and KO it otherwise (2) clarify what you mean by "function well against many teams"; what job is done independent of stealth rock damage vs these?

[SET COMMENTS]
* Choice Band Rayquaza is a terror capable of 2HKOeing 2HKOing the entire tier. Coupled with its base 95 Speed speed,(comma) which outpaces most of the defensive metagame, and U-turn for momentum, Rayquaza it is a valued wallbreaker on many balance and bulky offence offense teams. Even in less favorable matchups,(comma) such as against hyper offense,(comma) Rayquaza can still frequently trade (damage? KOs?) against with Pokemon such as Primal Groudon.

* Rayquaza's power lies in Dragon Ascent, which is capable of 2HKOeing nearly the entire tier can 2HKO most Pokemon. (so it's not just repeating part of the very first sentence) Even Dondozo, an excellent physical wall, is 2HKOed after Stealth Rock damage. Defensive Necozma-DM Necrozma-DM, the only somewhat common switch-in to Dragon Ascent, is OHKOed by V-Create V-create after Stealth Rock damage. Earthquake is an alternative to V-Create V-create that still 2HKOes defensive Necrozma-DM while avoiding the speed Speed drop. U-turn provides a very scarce (not sure what you mean by scarce) (does Rayquaza just not get to use it a lot or are pivoting moves rare in Natdex Ubers?) source of momentum while taking advantage of the many Pokemon Rayquaza scares out such as Primal Kyogre and Ho-Oh. Extreme Speed allows Rayquaza to revenge kill some boosted Pokemon such as Arceus-Ground and Ultra Necrozma after some chip damage, (<-there was a space before this comma)though it should be used cautiously since because it leaves Rayquaza extremely exploitable to be vulnerable to being used as setup fodder.

* 24 HP and 12 Defense Defence EVs enable Rayquaza to survive Mega Salamence's Double-Edge Salmence's Double Edge while allowing Rayquaza to switch-in and switch in with Stealth Rock present 4 times. This conveniently costs Rayquaza little,(comma) as it still is able to outpace most of the defensive metagame such as Primal Groudon without reduing reducing its offensive firepower.

* Tera Flying boosts Dragon Ascent to an absurd level of power that mandates checking Rayquaza offensively, as Rayquaza must be checked offensively as defensive Necrozma-DM is the only common switch-in. This forces aggressive play to limit Rayquaza,(comma) as Tera Flying Dragon Ascent OHKOes some Pokemon which could that would otherwise trade with Rayquaza such as offensive (double space right here)and defensive Primal Kyogre. Tera Flying also provides some practical defensive benefits due to shedding it removing weaknesses while maintaining an Rayquaza's immunity to Sticky Web, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes. (removed double space) For example, after tera Terastallization,(comma) Rayquaza survives offensive Calm Mind Arceus-Ground's +1 Ice Beam and (removed double space)Meteor Beam Eternatus's +1 Dynamax Cannon. Both of these pokemon Pokemon offensively check ("check" usually implies "beat", so I'd change this to "Both of these Pokemon usually offensively check Rayquaza but are OHKOed by..." or "Both of these Pokemon can deal heavy damage to Rayquaza but in turn are OHKOed by...") Rayquaza but and in turn are are OHKOed by Dragon Ascent due to the power boost from Tera Flying.

* Rayquaza is best used early- and mid-game to break the defensive backbone of balance and stall teams. Rayquaza is a solid lead due to its positive matchups against common balance leads such as defensive Primal Groudon and Arceus-Dark,(comma) as the chip damage from U-turn from U-Turn renders them unable to switch into Rayquaza later in the game while bringing as it brings in a teammate which that can scare them out. Defensive pokemon suh Pokemom such as Ho-Oh, Primal Groudon, and utlity utility Arceus formes cannot tank a Dragon Ascent while remaining healthy enough to check Rayquaza's teammates. This results in a win-win situation where Rayquaza can either continue pivoting or wallbreak in the mid-game. Rayquaza's (Incomplete sentence?)

* Rayquaza's (keep 1 space after the *) efficacy as a wallbreaker truly shines against stall teams,(comma) as the sole flying resistance Flying-resistant foe on them is the rare Mega Tyranitar,(comma) leaving meaning Rayquaza to only has to worry about managing Dragon Ascent PP as because it 2HKOes Dondozo and Arceus-Dark, which are the answer answers to physically offensive threats for most stall teams. However, Rayquaza struggles against more offensive teams,(comma) as its middling speed Speed tier tier makes Rayquaza it easily revenge killed or set up on by Pokemon such as Zacian-C and Ultra Necrozma. This often limits Rayquaza to trading (damage? KOs?) against offensive teams,(comma) though it can be used as a revenge revvenge killer if needed. Extreme speed should be used cautiously, as locking into it leaves Rayquaza very vulnerable to opposing setup afterward. already mentioned this in the first paragraph

* Primal Groudon is an excellent teammate for Rayquaza due to checking common switch-ins such as Zacian-C and Necrozma-DM,(comma) and it can be brought in safely against these threats via U-turn U-Turn. Marshadow is also a good teammate due to revenging hyper offence because it revenge kills hyper offense staples such as Ultra Necrozma and Zacian-C, alleviating and alleviates the need for Rayquaza to revenge kill boosted threats so it can focus on wallbreaking or trading.

* (added space)Rayquaza also appreciates defog Defog support from Giratina-O or Ho-Oh due to its Stealth Rock weakness. Though Rayquaza does not enjoy the presence of Stealth Rock, it is not immediately hamstrung by it and can still effectively wallbreak against balance and bulky offense offence teams. Since Rayquaza outspeeds all of its targets except Timid utility Arceus Formes formes, removing them to enable teammates is often a worth the cost of some HP in situations where Stealth Rocks Rock cannot be removed immediately. However, Stealth Rocks Rock heavily hinder Rayqaza's hinders Rayquaza's potency as a pivot in longer games against bulkier balance and stall teams,(comma) so removal should be prioritized in these matchups.

Most of this is probably stuff you already know, so it's mainly just an issue with consistency in a longer analysis.
- The "c" in "V-create" is not capitalized.
- "Necrozma-DM" was misspelled in the second bullet point.
- "Tera Flying also provides some practical defensive benefits due to shedding weaknesses" - removing makes more sense than shedding because Tera Flying itself isn't losing a weakness.
- There shouldn't be a comma before "but" in the fourth bullet point because the proceeding clause isn't independent.
- In the fifth bullet point, "Pokemon" is not capitalized, and "utility" is misspelled.
- "Resistance" shouldn't be used as a noun when it refers to a Pokemon itself, so it should be "Flying-resistant foe", not "flying resistance".
- The "Speed" in "Speed tier" should be capitalized.
- There shouldn't be a comma before "so" in the last sentence of the seventh bullet point because it's being used to mean "so that" rather than "therefore".
- The "formes" in "Arceus formes" shouldn't be capitalized
- It's "Stealth Rock", not "Stealth Rocks".
