What is the bug?
Currently in Simulator, Terapagos maintains the defensive benefits of Tera Shell (Multiscale) AFTER it Terastalizes and its ability changes to Teraform Zero. On cart, Terastalizing removes this defensive benefit. The incorrect implementation cause Terapagos to overperform in the Simulator.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
This can be replicated in basically any replay involving Terapagos. It's an incredibly common interaction that I'm sure most people simply believe to be intentional.
