What is the bug?
Terapagos appears to not have gotten the benefit of its Tera Shell ability on switching in after a u-turn. Tera Shift activated moving Terapagos into Tera Shell form. Terapagos then takes a hit, which does not trigger the Tera Shell message in the log.

I have not tested this on cart to see what the cart behaviour is. Bulbapedia doesn't indicate that there is an exception to Tera Shell on the switch turn.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
